The homeowners wanted to update their kitchen with light and colorful cabinets, her dream farmhouse sink, and to eliminate the congestion around the refrigerator. We solved this by removing the small island and extending the cabinets all the way to the slider. We also installed a pull out drawer for garbage and recycling creating a more functional space for the family.
